Harvest Leadership Program

The Harvest Leadership Program is a 9-week, biblically based journey designed for preteens and young adults eager to grow into influential leaders. This program is centered on the Fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) and is dedicated to cultivating both strong character and a heart for service.

What Youll Learn & Develop

Over the course of nine weeks, we'll dive deep into a different Fruit of the Spirit each week, exploring its meaning and practical application in our daily lives and leadership. This isn't just a lecture series; it's a hands-on experience focused on transforming you from the inside out.

  • Week 1: Love—The foundation of all Christian character.
  • Week 2: Joy—Finding strength in the Lord, regardless of circumstance.
  • Week 3: Peace—Cultivating tranquility and becoming a peacemaker.
  • Week 4: Patience—Learning to endure and trust in God's timing.
  • Week 5: Kindness—Putting compassion into action in our communities.
  • Week 6: Goodness—Upholding integrity and doing what is right.
  • Week 7: Faithfulness—Living a life of unwavering trust and commitment.
  • Week 8: Gentleness—Exercising humility and strength with a soft spirit.
  • Week 9: Self-Control—Mastering our impulses and passions for God's glory.

Community Service & Purpose

This program emphasizes that true leadership is rooted in service. Each week, we'll connect the character trait we're studying to tangible community service projects. You'll not only learn about these principles but also actively apply them by serving others.
